Grand Hyatt Dubai | Dubai

Overlooking the Dubai Creek in the heart of Bur Dubai, the Grand Hyatt Dubai is one of the largest and most complete hotel resorts in the Middle East, just ten minutes from Dubai International Airport and five minutes from the Dubai World Trade Centre. Built on a 37-acre site with almost 18,000 m³ of concrete and 20,000 m² of glazing, the building was designed by Arkiteknik International Consulting Engineers with a concept that integrates contemporary architecture with the Arab cultural tradition. The hotel opened in 2003

The interior design, crafted by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), is expressed in a harmonious fusion of Middle Eastern, European and Asian cultures a concept summarised in the “Living Room” theme that defines the common areas. The 710 renovated rooms and suites (Royal Suite overlooking Dubai Creek and Prince Suite overlooking Downtown Dubai) combine contemporary luxury with references to Arabian tradition, featuring white marble, dark walnut, copper metals and iridescent glass mosaics.

The hotel offers 14 restaurants and bars with Lebanese, Italian, Singaporean, Vietnamese and Japanese-inspired menus, alongside 22 live cooking stations. MICE spaces exceed 8,000 m² with two large ballrooms (Baniyas Grand for 2,000 guests and Al Ameera for 800), 14 meeting rooms and several outdoor venues. The complex features four pools, a fitness centre and the Ahasees Spa & Club, with white marble, dark walnut and copper finishes. In 2025 a new 20,000 m² waterpark with 20 attractions was inaugurated.
