Jumeirah Golf Estates | Dubai

Jumeirah Golf Estates is one of the world's most prestigious luxury residential communities, set across 1,119 hectares in the Me'aisem district of Dubai, along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Inaugurated in 2009, the estate is developed around two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman: the Earth Course and the Fire Course, both ranked among the top 20 golf courses in the Middle East.

The residential masterplan was designed by John R Harris / Aukett Swanke Group and encompasses a collection of individually designed villas, townhouses and luxury apartments, with architectural styles inspired by Mediterranean, Spanish and Tuscan traditions. The Earth Course, inspired by the great parkland layouts of Europe and North America, hosts the DP World Tour Championship, the season-ending event of the Race to Dubai. The Fire Course, designed to harmonise with the desert landscape, offers golden fairways, terracotta bunkers and a technical challenge for golfers of all levels.

The estate has received numerous accolades: Best Residential & Leisure Destination 2017 by the UAE Business Awards, Top Real Estate Company in the Arab World 2017 by Forbes Middle East, and in 2021 was ranked among the top 10 lifestyle estates in the world. 100% owned by the Government of Dubai through the Investment Corporation of Dubai, Jumeirah Golf Estates sets the standard for excellence in integrated residential community design.
