Apartment ca’URBANA | Milan

Located in a Milanese residential complex from the 1970s, this 90 m² apartment is radically transformed by EUTOPIARCH, preserving only the distinction between the living and sleeping areas while redesigning every space with a new, fluid, contemporary vision.

All internal partitions are demolished to achieve an open, contemporary layout. The living area appears completely open, yet the kitchen, dining room, and living room each find their place through custom-made furnishings that define functions and pathways. A striking blue and gold bathroom completes this area.

The sleeping area is defined by a bold graphic gesture: a Fornasetti gold and green wallpaper brings the white corridor to life, creating a “secret garden” effect that conceals the more intimate rooms.

The project balances domestic elements and graphic inserts in a typically Milanese key, where colours, textures, and volumes dialogue without hierarchy, reflecting the complexity and multiple souls of the contemporary family.
