Le More is a property immersed in the Umbrian landscape, completed in 2021 by Special Umbria. The villa, characterised by warm-toned local stone, a tiled roof and an elegant fireplace, integrates harmoniously into a territory of ancient and unspoilt beauty, combining elegance, functionality and contemporary comfort.
The main house features three spacious bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor, while a separate guest house offers two further double bedrooms with bathrooms, providing complete privacy for guests.
The interiors blend Scandinavian, Italian and 1960s inspirations in perfect balance, creating a minimalist, coherent and refined whole. Natural materials such as oak, marble and linen build a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, completed by bespoke furnishings and artworks. Curves soften the edges, while every functional detail is handled with precision.
The fully equipped main kitchen is accompanied by a secondary service kitchen. The entire villa features underfloor cooling, a Sonos audio system in every bedroom and lighting designed with a scenographic yet discreet approach. The result is a residence that merges with the Umbrian landscape, enhancing in every space a balance between aesthetics and everyday life.
