Set within the natural bay of Elia Beach along the tranquil Elia Coast of the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, the Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa occupies 38,000 m² of Aegean waterfront land adjoining a sandy beach recognised with the European Blue Flag. The property comprises two three-storey buildings in a traditional Mediterranean style, with terracotta roofs and facades that blend harmoniously into the green landscape of the peninsula, 7 km from Neos Marmaras, 12 km from Porto Carras marina and approximately 105 km from Thessaloniki International Airport

The approximately 200-205 rooms and suites are distributed between the main building and the suite wing, all with a balcony or veranda overlooking the sea, the pools or the surrounding pine forests. Interiors combine classical elegance with contemporary comfort, featuring carefully selected furnishings, premium bedding and well-appointed bathrooms. The complex includes three lagoon-shaped pools with ozone-purified water, one with a central island, complemented by a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. The main outdoor pools and children’s pool are heated during the shoulder season in April, May, September and October.

The dining offer is structured across three venues: the Elia restaurant, with buffet breakfast and dinner and a panoramic glass wall looking onto the open kitchen; the Yialos à la carte tavern, specialising in traditional Greek cuisine and fresh grilled fish; and Horizon, a gourmet piano bar and restaurant with an international menu opening onto a rooftop garden with panoramic views of the Toroneos Gulf. The Ammos bar completes the service on the beach and by the pools. The Oriental Spa offers massages, Ayurvedic therapies, facials and beauty services; the fitness centre, tennis and beach volleyball courts, diving, mountain biking and the Kids Club (ages 4-12) with a dedicated pool and the Orfeas auditorium for evening shows round out the offer.
