Overlooking Toroneos Bay in Hanioti, in the heart of the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki, the Elinotel Apolamare is a five-star boutique hotel that stands apart through a Baroque architectural style unusual in the Greek beachfront hospitality landscape. Inaugurated on 30 April 2009 by Elinotel Group, the complex describes itself as a "modern palace": three floors of white facades with colonnades, cornices and classical ornamentation surround a generous inner courtyard, the beating heart and trademark of the property, adorned with pools and lush gardens. A private beach of sand and fine pebbles extends symmetrically on either side of the hotel along the bay shore

The hotel, refurbished in 2011 and certified with the international Travelife Gold recognition for environmental sustainability, offers 86 rooms and suites across five categories: Double Room (24-27 m²), Superior Double Room (24-27 m²), Family Room (35-37 m²), Family Suite (44 m²) and Deluxe Suite (60 m²). Each unit is individually designed in classic style with dark timber furnishings, draped curtains, a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the bay, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub or shower.

The inner courtyard with its pools and gardens represents the most architecturally distinctive element of the property: an intimate, well-proportioned space that creates a Mediterranean palace atmosphere at a remove from the conventions of the standard beach resort. The pool offering includes an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, while sunbeds, umbrellas and towels are provided complimentary on the beach. Dining is centred on the El Greco restaurant on the ground floor, with views over the courtyard and buffet service at breakfast, lunch and dinner; the lounge-style Sunshine Pool Bar is open from 09:00 to 01:00. The offer is completed by a fully equipped fitness centre free of charge for all guests, a spa with massages and beauty treatments, a children’s mini club and parking. The property operates seasonally from mid-May to early October and is located approximately 90 km from Thessaloniki International Airport and a five-minute walk from the centre of Hanioti village.
