Located in the heart of Dubai Media City in the Al Sufouh 2 area, the Al Jaber Tower is a 43-storey mixed-use skyscraper (approximately 175 metres) developed by Al Jaber Group. Its strategic position faces Palm Jumeirah and Sheikh Zayed Road, offering views of Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf. The architectural project is signed by Boston-based studio TRO JungBrannen Inc., while construction was carried out by Al-Jaber Engineering & Contracting (ALEC). Started in 2005 and completed in 2008, the tower houses the Media One Hotel in its first 10 levels, while the upper floors are dedicated to Grade A office space and serviced residential units

Media One Hotel, an upscale 4-star boutique property, extends over 10 floors with 264 rooms and suites (including Junior Suites and Executive Suites). The interior project was signed by LW Design Group, translating the rooms into a contemporary and sophisticated style with custom furnishings, premium finishes and expansive panoramic windows onto the skyline. The property, independently managed on behalf of Al Jaber Group with Roya International as asset manager, opened in October 2008.

The dining offer is particularly vibrant and includes Ciao Bella (authentic Italian cuisine), Qwerty (gastrobar for lunches, cocktails and weekend brunches), Garden on 8 (an 8th-floor venue with live entertainment, sports nights and the famous Big Saturday Garden Party Brunch), Coco Lounge (Miami-Japanese fusion by the pool) and Q43 (rooftop lounge). A fitness centre, outdoor pool, seven meeting rooms (7 Squared on the 7th floor), Instagram and Webinar rooms on the 42nd floor with capacity exceeding 200 guests, plus a business centre and ground-floor retail services complete the offering. The entire complex features 3 underground parking levels and 7 podium parking levels.
